Seema Hansraj is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker with over a decade of experience, having earned her broker designation in 2016 after becoming licensed in 2011. She co-founded First American Real Estate alongside her husband, Sarfaraz Hansraj, and currently serves as the designated Broker for both Texas Premier Realty & Property Management, as well as First American Real Estate. In this role, she leads brokerage operations with a focus on compliance, professionalism, and service excellence.
Seema is responsible for ensuring full adherence to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations, guiding agent conduct, and maintaining high standards across all real estate and property management functions. Her leadership supports a framework of integrity, legal compliance, and operational consistency throughout the company.
Before transitioning into real estate, Seema worked as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery. Her healthcare background instilled in her a calm, detail-oriented, and service-driven mindset — qualities that continue to shape her approach to real estate. She maintains an active nursing license, balancing her dual passions with commitment and care.
In property management, Seema oversees lease agreements, management contracts, trust account handling, and compliance with fair housing laws. She also leads internal audits, policy development, and staff training to ensure accountability and excellence across the firm.
